Now That’s Just Weird

Pwylla at LowGradePanic has claimed that the Dictionary.com Word of the day (feed) has Oracular powers. I’m definately starting to wonder.

On Wednesday, after I spent 10 minutes in a co-worker’s office making a very loud, angry speech about the company-internal spam I get (an email telling me the vending machines now have peanuts and cashews? Who needs productivity when you have NUTS?), I returned to my desk. While trying to regain my equilibrium, I check the WOTD for Wednesday. Ouch.

So today is the day I’ve been waiting for for over a week. My copy of GarageBand is on the FedEx truck as I type; my MIDI controller having arrived yesterday. Right after I tracked my package to make sure it was on its way, I checked Today’s word.

Now that’s just weird.
